Njangwa also says they didn\u2019t receive any formal notice to change what was wrong. \u201cWe never meet the minister to talk about challenges faced in the educational sector\u2019, he says.<\/p>\n<p>Another legal representative says they didn\u2019t receive any warning from the ministry urging them to change. \u201cPrivate schools are required further to public schools.
