Mr Nigaba urges the CENI to use only indelible ink. \u201cIt is easy to notice if someone has voted when an indelible ink has been used,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n<p>Keffa Nibizi, chairman of Sahwanya FRODEBU Nyakuri party says the electoral agents will have to pay more attention not to allow some people to vote whereas they are not allowed to. In addition, he says, the electoral agents will not have a place to mark that a vote has been cast on the registration paper.<br \/>\nPierre Claver Ndayicariye also says the withdrawal of the voting cards has been extended for two days.
