Their call is contrary to that of the coalition chaired by Agathon Rwasa, First Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly urging people to vote &#8220;No&#8221; in the upcoming referendum.<\/p>\n<p>The group accuses Agathon Rwasa of bitterly opposing this draft revision of the Constitution either through media or official declarations and wonders the motives behind this hostility.<\/p>\n<p>Evariste Ngayimpenda, Deputy Chairman of the coalition of the independent coalition says the \u201cnew group\u201d aims at disrupting the referendum. \u201cWho has mandated them as the members of the coalition\u2019s executive body are known? Are they the only intellectuals of Amizero y&#8217;Abarundi?\u201d wonders Ngayimpenda. \u201cWhenever there is a strong political organization or trade union association, the government tries to dismantle it.
