Some strong criticisms over the country\u2019s situation, government\u2019s actions, the opposition, the civil society, the media, etc. were expressed in the column.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kaburahe says Iwacu regrets this decision which it considers unfair.<\/p>\n<p>Iwacu newspaper thanks all its readers wherever they are and sympathizes with them. \u201cIwacu is saddened by the suspension of this small forum for freedom and expression that we have been sharing for 10 years,\u201d says the director of Iwacu newspaper publications.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Burundi Media Regulator CNC has suspended this Wednesday, April 11, 2018, the online commentary column of Iwacu newspaper for three months.
