Our institutions face the same challenges,&#8221; said Nduwimana adding that the disputes between banks and their partners are caused by the risk of outstanding payments. He said bank professionals often bring their customers before the commercial court.<br \/>\nThis jurist has said such meetings are often attended by law professionals from banks, the Ministry of Justice, defense lawyers and notaries who propose solutions to problems that their respective sectors are faced with.<\/p>\n<p>The Burundian Minister of Justice has said this meeting is timely. &#8220;It coincides with the law on banking promulgated on 22 August 2017,&#8221; said Aim\u00e9e Laurentine Kanyana.
