The problem was solved and it\u2019s now the time for REGIDESO to complain, &#8220;said Nzikobanyanka.<\/p>\n<p>Following the electricity shortage that was observed in the country a few months ago, these companies had asked REGIDESO Company to provide them with sufficient quantity of electricity to run well their business.<br \/>\nElectricity has been available since September 2017. \u201cHowever, it is clear that most manufacturers do not use all the energy provided by REGIDESO,\u201d said Nzikobanyanka.<\/p>\n<p>This low consumption of electricity is caused by the small scale production by industrialists and the lack of foreign currency exchange for importation, say industrials.<\/p>\n<p>As for REGIDESO&#8217;s largest customers who accuse it of overcharging them for their products, Nzikobanyanka has reassured them saying that these errors are corrected once reported to the commercial service.
