It intends to stop water supply by the end of this month if they will not accept to be fingerprinted as it requires in its registration system.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7613\" style=\"width: 418px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7613\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-7613\" src=\"http:\/\/www.iwacu-burundi.org\/englishnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Camp-Kamanyola-Papier-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Burundian Asylum seekers\u2019 camp in Kamanyola\" width=\"408\" height=\"306\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.iwacu-burundi.org\/englishnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Camp-Kamanyola-Papier-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.iwacu-burundi.org\/englishnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Camp-Kamanyola-Papier-1-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.iwacu-burundi.org\/englishnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Camp-Kamanyola-Papier-1.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 408px) 100vw, 408px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-7613\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Burundian Asylum seekers\u2019 camp in Kamanyola<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Dionise Nyandwi , the spokesperson for those asylum seekers, says they do not adhere to the way of registration that UNHCR obliges them. \u201cIt obliged us to be fingerprinted while our religious belief does not allow us to do so\u201d, he says.<\/p>\n<p>He asks the UNHCR or any other charitable institutions to use other registration methods. \u201cWe ask the UNHCR or any other charitable institution to use another registration system and to come to assist us because our belief forbids us to be fingerprinted\u201d, he says.<\/p>\n<p>Nyandwi says they have no right to go outside of the camp to do any activity to earn their living as it was before the September attack. \u201cWe used to farm and do other activities to earn our living but after the attack, we were grouped in this camp so that we should be assisted\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The UNHCR&#8217;s decision was taken after Burundian asylum seekers didn\u2019t allow the UNHCR officials to take biometric data for their registration. Therefore, they were given three months (from September to December) to reconsider their choice.<\/p>\n<p>Those asylum seekers are Eusebie Ngendakumana\u2019s followers from Burundi.
