According to Alexis Manirakiza, spokesman of Red Cross Burundi, this project aims to improve the prevention of Sexual and Gender -Based Violence-SGBV and the care of the victims of the latter.<\/p>\n<p>He explains that this new project will change people\u2019s perception and behavior, increase access to services supporting those victims especially survivors of displaced camps.&#8221;We will assist victims of violence by providing them with psychological, medical and legal assistance if they need to prosecute those who tormented them,\u201d mentions Manirakiza.
