He spoke of outright provocation and indicated that adequate measures are being taken to protect citizens.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9rence Ntahiraja, spokesman for the Interior Ministry and patriotic education, said that Sabanerwa hill has long been a source of conflict between Burundi and Rwanda.
