This is a paradox,\u201d says Kazihise at a press conference held this May 28.<\/p>\n<p>He says that the majority of them give overall satisfaction about the electoral process, adding that that the electoral body agreed with the observers to report what they witness. \u201cWe expected them to be privileged witnesses,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n<p>CENI Chairman urges the organization to carefully assess how their observers proceeded. \u201cThere is a legal procedure to observe the electoral process.
