Local residents report arrests of people and say they are concerned over the insecurity situation prevailing in the locality.<\/p>\n<p>On Twitter, the Ministry of Public Security said it was a group of armed criminals which was \u201cdismantled\u201d. \u201cIt was around 6 a.m. in Rubanga locality in Matana commune of Bururi province when three criminals got killed.
