Since 6 March, five sugar stores were closed in Mukaza commune in Bujumbura city. In addition, he said, those who will be caught will pay some fines and the seized sugar will be sold to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Trade Minister called on consumers to denounce all traders who speculate on the sugar price.
