It\u2019s high time we changed\u201d, he said. He called on the government, public institutions, religious denominations and the population to refer to the bad experience of the past to prepare well the 2020 elections. \u201cCENI must work hard to achieve the electoral process\u201d, he says.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Keffa Nibizi, chairman of Sahwanya Frodebu Nyakuri and presidential candidate withdrew from the race. He says there are some irregularities and solutions should be found before the 2020 elections. \u201cWe want to be prepared for a democratic government with a Prime Minister and parliament reforms\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Up to 5 March, eight presidential candidates have submitted the required documents to CENI.
