They spend a long time on their smartphones instead of listening to the concerns of patients,\u201d says Habanabakize.<\/p>\n<p>In communiqu\u00e9 issued on February 23, Pontien Ndabashinze, CHUK Managing Director said some staff members are much more distracted by the smartphones during working hours.<br \/>\n\u201cThey were no longer performing their daily activities perfectly,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He also said the administrative officials and health workers will only use mobile phones without a \u201cWhatsApp\u201d application.
