They are on their 14th day of incarceration.<br \/>\nLawyer Cl\u00e9ment Retirakiza believes that the judge of appeal will decide to release his customers.<\/p>\n<p>He mentioned the Article 154 of the revised Code of Criminal Procedure, which stipulates that &#8220;freedom being the rule and detention the exception, the accused may not be detained unless there is sufficient evidence against them and that the facts alleged against them appear to constitute an offense punishable by law at least one year of penal servitude &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Lawyer Cl\u00e9ment Retirakiza also said the Council Chamber of Ntahangwa Appeal Court can whether conclude the release of the four journalists and their driver or at least decide on a provisional release. Otherwise, he said there will be a debate before Bubanza High Court in public hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Agn\u00e8s Ndirubusa, Christine Kamikazi, Egide Harerimana, T\u00e9rence Mpozenzi and their driver Adolphe Masabarakiza were arrested in Musigati commune in Bubanza province on October 22.
