These three victims died on the spot, &#8220;says a resident of Kinama adding that one of the criminals was also shot dead.<\/p>\n<p>Local sources say criminals have stolen money in various households in this locality.<\/p>\n<p>Moise Nkurunziza, deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Public Security says the attack was carried out by armed thieves adding that the police could not identify them. &#8220;The police intervened while the gunmen had already run away&#8221; says Nkurunziza.<\/p>\n<p>He calls on members of the joint security committee to become very vigilant and inform the security forces as soon as they see any suspected criminals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At least four people have been killed in an attack led by unidentified armed people in the night of May 28, police spokesman says.
