Other people came to help those who were already on the spot. Instead of returning home, they remained there seeking to kill the alleged witch\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The administrator says some people even attacked the police. &#8220;While the police were shooting in the air, the population wanted to take their arms\u201d, he says adding that one person was shot dead on the spot and others were injured. Another one dies later at the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Kwizera says the alleged sorcerer has been saved. \u201cHe is currently under the police protection\u201d.<br \/>\nThe administrator calls on the inhabitants of Vumbi commune to avoid mob justice and respect their authorities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two people died in the morning of Wednesday 3April in Kibande area, Vumbi commune in Kirundo province.
