He also signed secretly a work contract with a new cleaning company,&#8221; says Adolphe Niyongere, representative of CNPK workers affiliated to SYNAPA.<\/p>\n<p>The letter issued on November 5 by Brother Ren\u00e9 Stockman, the Superior General of the Brothers of Charity says the handover between the new and the outgoing Director General of CNPK is scheduled for November 20, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Brother Manirakiza rejects all accusations of the trade unionists arguing that this strike is not legal. &#8220;The community of Brothers of Charity has asked me to continue working until the new Director General is available. Our community is well organized. We expect to do an official transfer of responsibilities on November 20, &#8220;says Manirakiza.
