He says they heard gunshots and cries in the locality during the night. He says the neighbors decided to go the crime scene in the early morning. \u201cWe discovered the two dead bodies on the spot. Those who shot them also attacked another household and wounded a 13 year-old child who was later on taken to hospital for treatment but died on the way,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n
Local residents appeal to the administrative officials and security forces to increase security in the locality. \u201cCamakombe\u201d locality is near Ruhwa border. We don\u2019t know where the attackers came from. We fear being attacked at any time\u201d, says a woman met in the area.<\/p>\n
Joseph Iteriteka, Cibitoke Province Governor says the attackers would have come from the neighboring Rwanda. He urges the joint security committees to be more vigilant. \u201cMurderers commit crimes at any time. Security must be strengthened during the day as in the night,\u201d he says. Mr. Iteriteka also calls on local residents to control the movement of new people in their locality: \u201cEach movement must be controlled. Perpetrators can come in the country as tourists,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n
