Gabriel Rufyiri, the chairman of the local NGO fighting against corruption OLUCOME who participated in the meeting indicates that he withdraws from ‘Forum Citoyen’ arguing that OLUCOME code of ethics does not match with the ideology of ‘Forum Citoyen’.

He also says he participated in the meeting because he does not support the policy of the empty chair. “I was invited, that is the reason why I attended the meeting,” says Rufyiri adding that he will not participate in the meeting of the coordinating committee of ‘Forum citoyen’ though he was elected.
